To implement the Comprehensive Plan, the City of Richmond Heights has begun to review and update their Zoning Code! This is an exciting step toward ensuring the policies reflect the vision laid out in the Comprehensive Plan!
After months of effort, several public meetings, and hundreds of citizen comments, the final Comprehensive Plan for the City of Richmond Heights is complete.
In September of 2023, the City Council adopted the plan. The City is now taking the feedback gathered during the process and beginning to implement the Comprehensive Plan.
